The Lebanon County Prayer Breakfast will hold a breakfast at Funck’s Restaurant in Palmyra on April 27, and State Senator Mike Folmer (R-Senate District 48) will be the morning’s guest speaker.

The Lebanon County Prayer Breakfast is a relatively new organization that was started in November of last year after a small, core group of individuals discussed the concept of a prayer breakfast in Lebanon County.

The primary goal of the prayer breakfasts is to provide an opportunity for Christians to be educated and encouraged to engage in political and governmental processes.

At the breakfast, attendees will order off of the restaurant’s menu. The guest speaker will then provide an update on relevant topics to the group, with time allowed for question and answer. This is then followed by prayer for government leaders.

This will be the first time that Sen. Folmer has spoken at a Lebanon County Prayer Breakfast. At a previous event, State Representative Frank Ryan was the guest speaker.

The breakfast will run Saturday, April 27 from 8-9:30am. Seating for the event is limited.
