The Lebanon County Community Concert Association (LCCCA) has announced their 87th Consecutive Season for the fall of the 2020-2021 year. Registration is currently open and free until the end of August.

The upcoming season includes performances by GENTRI, a tenor trio set to perform in September; the Electric Light Orchestra Experience, whose October performance will pay tribute to the pop-rock band’s 50th anniversary; and Rob Verdi’s Saxophobia, which includes a variety of classics played on “some of the most unusual saxophones ever manufactured” and is currently scheduled for November.

To register, visit the LCCCA shop page and use the promotional code “CONCERT” at checkout to get free access to each performance. According to LCCCA President George Hollich, the registration will also cover the 2021 spring season. Each monthly performance will be accessible online for subscribers.

Hollich stated that the spring season was not yet “set in stone,” but the acts that may appear include Take3, a classical-pop group; The StepCrew, a dance and Celtic music ensemble; Jim Curry’s tribute performance “Take Me Home: The Music of John Denver;” and pianist Jason Coleman, among others.

“Since these virtual concerts are a new way of doing concerts for LCCCA, some of the spring concerts will be selected from information to be gathered from survey input from the viewing audience in the fall of 2020,” Hollich wrote in an email to LebTown.

The volunteer organization’s 2019-2020 season was affected by the onset of COVID-19. Concerts have typically been held at the Lebanon High School and last year’s full season subscription cost $75, according to the LCCCA website. Though this year’s season is free until the end of August, supporters are always welcome to donate to the organization, which began operation in 1934.
