The restaurant chain that was once owned by the Hershey Foods Corporation has a new owner. Amici Partners Group announced last week that it had completed the acquisition of Friendly’s Restaurants. The group said it plans to continue to keep all of the locations open.

This year, Uni’s normally scheduled travel down Tulpehocken Creek at Myerstown Community Park on Feb. 2, has, like many other voyages, been canceled due to the coronavirus.
